Bit unfair. It would be much more worrying if the Govt had plans to use SRM if they hadn't done any research into it. Clearly the research has to come before you can have plans to go, or not do, something.
Having said that SRM sounds bonkers beyond belief, even if you believed in man made climate catastrophism, which I don't.
